Waist circumference:
men < 40 inches (< 102 cm); women < 35 inches (< 88 cm)
Body Mass Index (BMI = your weight in kg divided by height in m2)              (ages 18 – 65 y.o.)
Healthy range: 18.5 – 24.9
Overweight: 25 – 29.9
Obese: 30 or more
Body fat ranges (age 18 and older):
Unhealthy range (too low)             Men                Women
≤ 5%                               ≤ 8%
Acceptable (lower end)             6-15%            9 – 23%
Acceptable (upper end)            16 – 24%            24 – 31%

Unhealthy (too high)                ≥ 25%            ≥ 32%
