Eat Gourmet Style, Enjoy Your Food and Lose Weight!

When I first heard this, I was sceptical: yeah, right! How is that possible?! In my mid-twenties, I was dieting myself skipping from one crazy regime to another, and it has always been a battle of deprivation, feeling hungry, miserable and irritable. But the most frustrating thing was that I still kept struggling with my weight despite all my efforts!

What I soon realized, was that in order to lose and keep off those extra pounds, you have to love what you eat, otherwise, you will give it up very soon. That is why diets do not work because they are a short-term solution to a long-term problem of unhealthy habits of grabbing whatever is available at the nearby food court, fast food restaurant or even a vending machine when the hunger strikes, and we are unprepared.
